this is the second time this week that i’ve made this dish, so you know i had to pass it on. even if you don’t have all the ingredients {like fresh tomatoes, corona beans, basil, or even the right greens}, you can still whip up a delicious version that will leave you wishing you had room for thirds {using canned tomatoes, cannelini beans, omiting the stuff you don’t have, and using the greens you do}. this disappears fast around here, and it’s healthy to boot! off to chow down…i like mine over short grain brown rice.
